Our Presentation

For our group presentation, I talked about my roles and what ideas I have for the company. 

This is what I said for my slide:

Set:

• The set has to be easy to pack up, as we may have very little time for a ‘get out’ as the schools may need to use the room we are in staright after our performance. Also, it has to be easy to pack up as we are a touring company, and therefore cannot have a full set.
• As a group, we discussed the idea of using the resources that the schools have, e.g. tables chairs. This means we wouldn’t need to hire a van to take all our things over to the school, which will save us money, assuming they will have the resources that we need, and that we would be able to use them. This would be something that we would ask the schools before going and performing.

Props:

• Here is a list of some of the props we may need. To be cost effective, I think we, as a group, should try to use things we already have.

Costumes:

• As we are beginning the scene in a school environment, we were thinking of having everyone in a school uniform, so a white shirt/top and black trousers/skirts. 
• Although we may all be in school clothes, we would all have a tie that is a different colour so that the audience are able to differentiate between the characters. Making the tie stands out also ties into our company name (parT-I-E)
