Rehearsal Process

When we first began this process, I felt that our group wasn't using our time wisely during rehearsals. We came up with an idea very quickly and we all seemed happy with it, however bringing the idea to life has bee slightly harder than I thought it would be. When people are away or late it's really not helpful for the rest of the group. Since we discussed this issue as a group everyone seems much more together and I feel like we are finally getting more done in our lessons.
Recently, I've been finding it hard to get the exam tables for our rehearsals. I spoke to the Site Staff team, who told me I needed to talk to the exams officer, who then told me to ask the site staff again. I was told to meet the Site Staff in the courtyard, however when I was waiting there, no one came. As we aren't able to work with proper exam tables, we are resulting to using the tables from our classroom. Amber and Francesca emailed the two schools (Harris and St Philomena's) who both agreed to lend us some exam tables for our performance.
Our first dress run went surprisingly well. I felt that everyone stepped into their roles once they had the costume's on. I'm happy with how the costumes look, and they seem to fit well too. We didn't have a proper ending until the dress run (Friday 29th November), and apart from that last scene, every other scene most people were off book.
