We were meant to have a production meeting on Wednesday the 16th of October, however Colm and I were the only ones from the production team that were there. So all we said was what we were going to do during the two weeks off. I am going to try and buy some of our props.
Meeting 1 - Tuesday 15th October (postponed) Tuesday 5th November @9am (Whole company present)

Rebecca needs all performers sizes for white shirts. All have black bottoms. Ties will be bought so they all match. Ask BRIT about borrowing exam tables and chairs. Collect own props such as alcohol bottles. What will teachers wear?
Colm has made 'rave' piece and now needs to record it. Read the script for music development.
Schools have not got back to us so Amber and Fran will call them after the meeting.
The script is complete and will be given out tomorrow.
We do not have long left so need to start scheduling extra rehearsals.
Meeting next Tuesday. Amber needs to plan agenda.

We need to work forward in the script!

Colm has created all the music now just needs to record it or will the school have a keyboard we can use? (Recording will be a lot easier)
All costume has been purchased and will be bought in tomorrow. Email school conforming the use of their chairs and exact get in and get out times.
Now we have a full script we can work from Act 2 onwards as the beginning is set to a good standard.

Meeting 3 - Tuedsay 19th November @3pm (Whole company but Honour present)

Will we have a workshop at the end?
Hot seating or Q&A in the middle needs to be planned.

We will not be having a workshop at the end but may have a relaxed Q&A session that is to be spoken about next week when whole company is present.
Will have Q&A lead by Colm still acting as a teacher. Darius will form the questions ready to run with in tomorrows rehearsal.

Extra rehearsals have been scheduled and all members of the company have been asked to put this in their own schedule.
If Fran is not in tomorrow then her part shall be given to Darius.
Need to get Frans login so as schools can be regularly contacted even when she is not in.
Colm has recorded the music and it is going to be played through a speaker from Brit.
No end Q&A but feedback forms instead that Amber will create.
